Don’t worry we’ve got your back. Here’s a delicious dessert that you can put together in a few minutes for those lazy days.

Ingredients

For 1 serving

☑ 1 handful of store-bought or homemade granola

☑ 1 lemon

☑ ¼ cup Greek yogurt

☑ ¼ can peaches

☑ ½ tablespoon salted butter

Direction

Cut the peaches into small cubes. Cook the peaches in a pan over low heat with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and the butter stirring often about 5 minutes.

Choose a nice high glass, bowl, or coupe to create your parfait.

Place some granola in the bottom of your dish, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and half of the peaches.

Add some more granola, then the rest of the yogurt, the rest of the peaches.

Top with some extra granola or some fresh mint if desired.
