- Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

- Facebook Fan Page is a public profile named Kitchen Mama US specifically created by the Company on the Facebook social network, accessible from https://www.facebook.com/kitchenmamaus

For the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. - Service refers to the Website.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. Contests
When visitors participates or casts a vote in a contest we collect the data shown in the participation and vote form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and assure contest functionality.

If you submit a participation or cast a vote, the participation or the vote and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize participations and count votes for each contest.

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. Facebook Insights
We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR, in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users.
